2 Stars - Developments similar to the first group but where the units may be mainly bungalows or cottages rather than apartments where a transfer to an adjacent Residential Nursing Home might just eventually be desirable. |

1 Star - Organisations providing assisted living or very sheltered housing properties for sale within communities where some personal care is available but not in-house nursing care although agency nursing care is likely to be obtainable. |
